Trust & Home Access
How we earn, and protect, your trust
Handing over the keys to your home is the highest trust you can give. Here is exactly how we hold it, with the discipline of a private firm.
Background checked people
Every team member who can access a home is background checked.
Insured & bonded
General liability and bonding in force; a certificate is available on request.
Controlled access
Keys and codes are stored, logged, and access restricted, never address tagged.
Proven presence
Every entry and exit is timestamped and attached to your visit report.
Transparent accountability
A clear, published policy for the rare case something needs attention.
How access works, step by step
- 1
Key handover
You provide a key, or we set up a keyless option. Keys are stored in a numbered vault with no address attached, and every handover is logged.
- 2
Codes and alarms
Gate and alarm codes are stored encrypted and access restricted. Where possible we use time limited codes for each visit.
- 3
Entry authorization
A signed agreement defines who may enter, when, and for what. Nothing happens outside it.
- 4
Every visit
A named, background checked professional checks in and out. Both are timestamped and attached to your report.
- 5
If access ends
Keys are returned or destroyed on record and codes are purged, with written confirmation to you.
Every visit, documented
You never have to take our word for it. After each visit you receive the Prime Report, with timestamped photos and a clear record of what we checked.
