5-Year epoxy floor warranty

What is covered

During the warranty period, Celebration Prime Services will cover qualifying installation-related failures, including:

• Delamination — separation of the epoxy coating from the concrete substrate resulting from a failure of adhesion related to the installation.
• Peeling or flaking — premature peeling, flaking, or detachment of the coating resulting from an installation-related issue.
• Adhesion failure — failure of the coating to properly adhere to the prepared substrate when caused by the installation process.
• Other installation-related defects — other significant failures directly attributable to the installation or application of the epoxy system may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If a covered issue is identified, Celebration Prime Services will inspect the affected area and determine the appropriate corrective action.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from conditions outside the control of the installation. Examples include:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Scratches, gouges, or cuts.
• Damage caused by impacts or dropped objects.
• Damage caused by dragging heavy objects or equipment.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance.
• Chemical damage or exposure to incompatible substances.
• Oil, gasoline, solvents, acids, or other harsh chemicals left on the surface.
• Damage caused by vehicles, equipment, or tires contaminated with chemicals.
• Structural movement or cracking of the concrete substrate.
• Moisture or water intrusion originating from the substrate.
• Damage caused by excessive moisture or hydrostatic pressure.
• Damage caused by alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by third parties.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or abnormal use.
• Damage resulting from conditions that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of installation.

Concrete cracks and substrate movement

Epoxy coatings are applied over the existing concrete surface. If the concrete substrate cracks or moves after installation, the coating may reflect or follow that movement.

Cracks, movement, settling, or structural changes in the concrete are not considered installation failures and are not covered by this warranty.

Warranty claim process

If you believe your floor has developed a condition covered by this warranty:

• Contact Celebration Prime Services as soon as possible.
• Provide photographs and a description of the issue.
• Do not attempt to repair or modify the affected area without authorization.
• Our team will evaluate the condition and determine whether it qualifies for warranty coverage.
• If the issue is determined to be covered, we will discuss the appropriate corrective action.

Important warranty conditions

The warranty remains subject to:

• Proper use of the floor.
• Proper cleaning and maintenance.
• Compliance with recommended curing times.
• Normal environmental conditions.
• The specific epoxy system and installation conditions.
• The terms provided in the customer's installation agreement.

Warranty coverage does not automatically apply to every cosmetic change or surface imperfection. The warranty covers qualifying installation-related failures, not normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or changes to the concrete substrate.
